Dorinda Medley—Beauty for Freedom Commonly known as the “housewife with the strongest moral compass,” Dorinda Medley always points to her parents for instilling strong family values and responsibility for giving back. Dorinda has teamed with Beauty for Freedom which is an innovative, sustainable platform providing the industries of Beauty, Entertainment and Fashion with a means to raise awareness, accountability, and financial contributions for charitable foundations and non-profits that fight human trafficking globally through public campaigns, workshops, and fundraising events. Co-founded by successful Ford model, Monica Watkins, the organization has inspired and involved many of today’s most successful female artists and performers to join their cause to end the horrific human trafficking largely for the sex trade. Dorinda told Celebrity Page, “there is nothing worse than a young woman or girl being ripped from her family and ‘sold’ into human slavery ending her quality of life. We must end this globally and I hope my small amount of notoriety can help end this huge epidemic.” To learn more and ways you can contribute, visit beautyforfreedom.org.
